Beside writing bestselling books on the topic, she also offers design-thinking workshops, mentoring and speaking. 

Katrina is a sought-after speaker and consultant, helping organisations worldwide rethink their hiring strategies. She is passionate about empowering talent acquisition teams to embrace their strategic roles and teaching leaders to build effective hiring partnerships.
